As a special treat after Xmas, the Dye family all packed up and headed down to Orlando for a week long trip to Disney World. It was a fun but exhausting trip and Owen and his cousins had a fabulous time. Unfortunately, one "scary" ride on Dinosaur early on sort of ruined rides for Owen, so we had to spend the rest of the week reacclimating him to how rides can be fun and not scary. Many obligatory pictures were taken with characters of all kinds. The highlight for Joey was his 1st haircut in the barbershop on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom; Owen got a haircut too, complete with a blue and red Mickey Mouse dyed into the back of his head. The highlight for the Nelson boys clearly was their training at the Jedi Academy; with hard work, they were both able to defeat Darth Vadar. Overall, we had an amazing trip and Owen still hasn't stopped talking about when he is going back!
