Over Memorial Day weekend, I headed down to Lake Norman in North Carolina for a girls' weekend with my college roommates. The boys stayed back with Stefan and headed up to Elkton for some fun on the river while Olivia and I hopped on a plane for the short flight to Charlotte. Olivia was a great traveler and it was really nice to have some 1-on-1 time to focus on her instead of being pulled in 3 different directions. There is definitely something in the air this year though b/c out of our group of 10 roommates, there will be 6 babies this year (Olivia was the 1st, 2 due in August, and 3 due in November) - quite the baby boom! It was really relaxing and great to catch up with old friends. Looks like next year's reunion will be a little more chaotic with all the little ones running around. . . .
