Nelsons come to town

We were so excited to have the Nelsons come to visit at the end of October, just in time for a Penn State football game and some Halloween fun! They had to bring the cold weather with them from Alaska and we had snow up in State College for the game. It gave them a chance for snowball fights and snowmen building, which everyone enjoyed. They then got on their PSU gear and cheered the Nittany Lions onto victory over Illinois - a very exciting game. We all headed out trick-or-treating together for Halloween and the boys definitely made out with bags full of candy! Finally, we took some pictures of a volksmarch here at Patapsco State Park, just down the road from our house. The 3 older boys walked the whole 6K trail without too many complaints. . . The kids had lots of fun together with sleepovers, lots of Lego time, and just fun being together. We are already counting down until we see them again at Xmas - less than 6 weeks left!
