Owen is now officially a big brother as baby Joey Zimmerman arrived on Friday January 22, 2010 at 11:50 pm. He was scheduled to arrive on Monday 1/25/10 via C-section but couldn't wait that long, causing Ginny's water to break on Friday night. Even though we should have been ready for him to come (since Ginny was 39 weeks along at that point), we were completely unprepared and ended up running around trying to pack our hospital bags at the last minute! Everything went very smoothly and we got home from the hospital Monday. Owen seems very excited to meet his little brother and is working on refining his "gentle" touches. Joey is definitely a big boy; he may give Owen a run for his money:

We are happily trying to adjust to our new family of four and so happy to introduce our little guy to the blog. Had to change the title since Owen is no longer the complete center of our worlds. . .
Check out some of the pics from Joey's first few days. In our unbiased opinion, he's pretty irresistible and bears quite a resemblance to Owen.
