Well, Joey is now officially 1 week old and we've been home from the hospital since Monday trying to settle in. He is doing great overall - mostly just sleeping and eating (and looking cute too!). Owen has been adjusting into his big brother role but it definitely is a big change for all of us. He likes to give Joey lots of kisses and hold him in his lap (with a grown-up's supervision of course). We've managed to get out a few times in our new double stroller for walks in spite of the freezing cold temps.
HUGE thanks go out to all 4 grandparents for all of their help this week - watching Owen/Joey, making meals, helping clean, etc. We are so appreciative of all your help and feel lucky that our boys have such amazing grandparents (and we have great parents too)!
